These beta terms are a product-ready draft and should receive UK legal review before a public paid launch.

1. The service

SEB COMMAND provides read-only portfolio analytics, public-blockchain analysis, market information, alerts and simulated trading tools. It does not provide custody, brokerage, discretionary management or automatic trade execution.

2. Not financial advice

Outputs are informational and may be incomplete, delayed or wrong. They are not personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for decisions, transactions and losses.

3. Account safety

Only submit public wallet addresses. Never submit seed phrases, private keys, signing credentials or withdrawal-enabled API keys. You are responsible for account-email security.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Payments and card details are handled by Stripe. Cancellation takes effect as described at checkout or in the billing portal.

5. Availability and acceptable use

Beta features may change or be unavailable. Do not misuse the service, evade limits, scrape private account areas or use the service unlawfully.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEB COMMAND is not responsible for market losses, missed opportunities, third-party failures or decisions made using the service. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
