What we process
We process your email address, public wallet addresses, account settings, generated intelligence, subscription status, service events, support feedback and operational diagnostics. Public on-chain activity associated with submitted addresses is analysed to provide the service.
What we never request
SEB COMMAND does not request or store seed phrases, private keys, signing credentials or card details. Stripe handles payment information on its hosted systems.
Why we process it
We use this information to provide and secure your account, generate requested analytics, enforce plan limits, deliver alerts, process subscriptions, recover failures and understand privacy-minimised activation performance.
Sharing and retention
Necessary data may be processed by hosting, database, email, blockchain-data, market-data and payment providers. Account data is retained while active and as required for security, legal and accounting purposes. Funnel events exclude wallet balances and raw transactions.
Your choices
You can export or delete your account, change notifications and disconnect tracked public wallets. Statutory rights can depend on your location.
